We are in need of a home loan if anyone out there can point us in the right direction we would really appreciate that we thought we were getting a SBA loan but was denied, then fema has denied us so far and the home grant denied us due to the fact we got flooded due to pipes busting not flood waters. My wife is tryin to go back to work and give up her disabity just so we can try and save to get another home. If anyone knows where we could apply for a home loan due to credit problems in the pass when wife got hurt to 2000 and got layed off her job, please email us. We are not lookin for hand outs.
